We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If the product you have ordered from us, is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, we will accept returns within 72 hours as follows:

Damaged / Defective

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 72 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product received at the time of delivery, we will refund your amount. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.

Please contact customer support if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

Returns through Courier Collection

You may contact our Customer Support within 72 hours of having received the product and request a return/exchange (As per the policy mentioned above) We shall process the return/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our end in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/ exchange or refund may not be possible.

Refunds

We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made.

If the payment was by Credit Card /Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the respective card account or the Net-banking account

Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse

Refund will be processed within 7 working days. No refund will be processed in cash form.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be upon to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/ debit card bank with the refund process reference of Pavers England Limited.

Sizing Problem

We are committed to ensure that you receive the size as requested. In the event that you have a size issue with the pair received, or you do not like the pair, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 72 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Returns through Courier Collection

You may contact our Customer Support within 72 hours of having received the product and request a return/exchange. We shall process the pickup subjected to service available in your zip code. The products returned should be in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing to which return/ exchange or refund may not be possible.

Post pickup, the exchange will be sent to your address within 7 working days unless specified in advance

We would like to bring to your notice that no refunds will be initiated for sizing issue. In case the required size is not available, you will be issued a credit/voucher note in the amount of the order/product returned.

The credit/voucher note issued to you will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance. It can be redeemed only against purchases made at www.paversshoes.in.

We would also like to bring it to your kind notice that for purchases made at www.paversshoes.in, no returns/ exchanges or refund shall be made at any Pavers England Exclusive stores.

Repair Policy

We would require 21 days for repair post receipt of the footwear.

Service available only for repair concerning pasting and stitching.

Not applicable for beads, sequins and other embellishments.

All product complaints for used products will be considered for repair first and not exchange.
